The manor's grounds are ideal for strolling, relaxing or reading on a bench in the shade of century-old trees, or dozing on soft sofas.
Colette's house
In Saint Sauveur, visit the house where Colette was born, where you can soak up the atmosphere of her childhood that inspired her literary work.
Saint Fargeau castle
30 minutes from the Manoir, the Château de Saint Fargeau, a princely residence of the Grande Mademoiselle first cousin of Louis XIV.
Guédelon
A unique place where master craftsmen build a fortified castle using the techniques of the Middle Ages.

Vézelay abbey church
Just 30 km from the Manoir, the abbey church of Vézelay, a major Christian site and pilgrimage site to Saint Jean de Compostelle.
Chablis
The Chablis vineyards are famous the world over. Discover the cellars and the different vintages just a few kilometers from the guesthouse.
Irrancy and coulange la vineuse
Irancy was Louis XIV's favorite wine, and its different cuvées will introduce you to exceptional Burgundy. Don't miss the village and its town houses.
Coulanges la Vineuse, where for generations a white wine with a pale yellow color and silvery yellow highlights has been cultivated. A real treat on the palate!
Aubigny quarries
Just 5 km from the Manoir, visit the Carrières d'Aubigny, where you'll discover the hard work of stonecutters. Quarried for two thousand years, the blocks of stone have been used to build such famous monuments as the base of the Eiffel Tower, the Hôtel de Ville, the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, the Jardin des Plantes and the Opéra Garnier.
